Terms and Conditions of Sale

The delivery charges are applicable to UK mainland only (excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland - for these destinations please contact us for a quotation prior to ordering). We regret that we are unable to supply wine outside the UK.

Delivery will be made by courier Tuesday – Friday. If you cannot be home to receive your wine you can supply a different delivery address such as your place of work. In all cases a signature is required when the wine is delivered. This is scanned and tracked online and will be taken as proof of safe receipt. If the courier is unable to make the delivery because there is no-one to sign for it they will leave you a card so that you can arrange a second delivery attempt with them. If they are unable to deliver a second time you will need to collect the package from their depot.

For your convenience, our wines may be purchased in any quantity but packaging and delivery are charged according to the number of bottles. Please see the Wines page for details.

Note: There is no delivery charge for Gift Certificates which will normally be sent by Royal Mail.

Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to the carrier at time of receipt and followed up in writing or by email to Eastcott Vineyard within three days of receipt.

You must be OVER 18 to purchase wine and will be asked to confirm this as part of the checkout procedure.

We recommend that our still wines are consumed at a temperature of 8-12 degrees Centigrade. This can often be easily achieved by removing them from a domestic fridge 30 minutes before opening. Wines should not be stored for long periods in a fridge.

We aim to minimise the levels of Sulphites used as a wine preservative and therefore recommend our still wines for early drinking rather than laying down. Our sparkling wines have a longer shelf life. Please check individual labels for advice.

Our wines are natural products and may possibly show a light precipitate after extended cooling. These are harmless Tartrate crystals and do not affect the quality of the wine.
